POSTNATAL SUPPORT
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
As a mum of 4 including a set of twins, I understand the challenges, anxieties and pressure becoming a parent may bring. You may have great support around you but may feel it useful to access some impartial support for your new family.

The idea of a postnatal doula is that I here to support parents through this transition - the most common theme is the need for sleep and rest but feeling unable to ask family/friends to step in or maybe you are not around family - if I support you during this journey you are telling me what you would like me to do for you! If that means keep your baby safe while you catch up with sleep, walk your dog, basic house chores, give you emotional support or a chat, breastfeeding support, bathing your baby or supporting you to do these new tasks - basically what YOU need to thrive. A common worry is partners going back to work and navigating the first days or partners working way. Each family has different needs and this is why the role of a postnatal doula is adaptive to you and your needs.

It is important that you find the right person for you so its a good idea to book in a FREE no obligation chat where we can chat about your needs and see how I can support you and check availability - if I cant support you I will usually know someone who can.
